I think that is very arrogant saying.
You cannot distinguish any occupations as noble or humble. There must be distinction among workers
within an occupation!
People who judge a specific occupation as noble or humble is the same as racial prejudice people.
Such people swallow all doctors' words and meet their last moment with repentance.
